DoorDash integration help
Start or resume DoorDash onboarding from Add / Manage DoorDash Integration in ArrowPOS Back Office. The portal link contains temporary location context and should not be bookmarked or shared.
Connect an existing DoorDash store
Sign in with a DoorDash Business Admin account, review every eligible and ineligible store, select the matching location, wait for the menu to qualify, review the preview, and activate ArrowPOS.
Sign up a new DoorDash merchant
Select the new-merchant option, confirm the store and contact information, and complete DoorDash signup. Return to the ArrowPOS portal when DoorDash finishes creating the store.
Menu or activation blocks
For a MENU_BLOCK, correct the menu in ArrowPOS and reopen Add / Manage DoorDash Integration to publish a fresh snapshot before retrying. For an ACTIVATION_BLOCK or STORE_NOT_ACTIVE result, complete the banking, documentation, or activation tasks shown by DoorDash.
Restart or change ownership
Use Restart / choose a different DoorDash store from the status page. Restart is unavailable while DoorDash is actively processing a menu request.
Pause or resume orders
After activation, use the DoorDash On/Off controls in ArrowPOS Pickup / Delivery Times. ArrowPOS changes its local state only after DoorDash accepts the request.
